"Bad Boys, Bad Boys, whatcha going to do?"....There is never a dull moment when attending a Red Ball Jet show! It was the Valentine's Weekend Bash at Snow Trails, and the house was packed out! During the Beginning of our second set the room became full of policemen, parole officers and others. The Mansfield Policeman said, "First of all you have too many people in here, that's a violation!" Then as they searched thru the crowd they found who they were looking for. They handcuffed the parole violator and took him out in one big sweep. Later we found out that this was a citywide raid and several places were hit around town! Whew, we thought they were coming to take us away. After that drama settled down the next big surprise of the night!....The return of the Valentine's Day gorilla with her bananas. Returning by request the 'love gorilla' had her eyes out for a certain lead singer! But Kyle with his quick wit told her she looked like Rick James and she better keep on a-steppin'!... And get rid of those bananas! (meanwhile) The crowd had gotten so large that there was a line outside to get in and people were being turned away, some waited almost an hour to get in. Snow Trails is one of the premier shows in town for us during the holidays and we always have a great time...And also remember folks...those bananas have plenty of potassium. We are Out!
