OHIO STATE REFORMATORY
Driving up to the Grand Old Prison, I sensed the mojo left in it. The intimidation factor is still there and its beauty is only seen through the eyes of artists'. Impressive! I must take the tour one-day. This was our second Rockstock Concert and once again we made new friends, met with old friends, and had a great time partying with the crowd. The music from Bad Habit, Duff, and Stan Shot Molly was mostly original work and started the concert with high energy. I was impressed with the hard work these bands put into their originals. Good Job! ................. Even though it was "Superbike Week" and Michael Jordan's motor-sports team was in town ........The fans of "local rock and roll" still showed up and gave us all a decent audience to perform for! We always need hometown support...We always need you! We want to apologize for the turn-aways at the gate. Please do not hold a grudge.........in the past we all have been hammered by citizens of our community about our content at times ...............so this is what the management decided to do, to be safe. We are sorry, it was for the children's protection...........This is not a thank you page but we also must make mention of our "Digital Photographer" Larry. He is on on the job and he is loving it. He will be with us at the local shows! 'So give the brotha' a break' . We want to thank Rex Reese for the work done to promote local musicians..........we need more events like this for the hometown bands! Also personally I like to make mention of the Med-Central Rehab team who showed up to support us. If it were not for them I would not be walking at all. Oh yes!...........Trish, I love where my picture is on your T-shirt. Now I have to sleep with a marble ball under my head! You know I love ya, Elvin- - - - - -Backline Report, until next time - - - - - - over and out!
