Once again we were back in Lima, Ohio for the Northwest Ohio Rib Cook-Off. Even though it was hot and very humid we went on and put our best foot forward to entertain the crowd. This is a very large event, and there were many vendors and many people who came out to enjoy the music and food. "Smokin' Joe" from Mansfield was in the house and he hooked us up with some fantastic pulled pork sandwiches before we went on. We were entitled to see two other bands while we were there and everyone who performed was pretty good. There were no "X- Big Name Groups" performing. They use local and regional talent for the cook off. That is a thought..."use local talent". A fellow Beer Barrel shout out to the Hern Brothers! See ya on PIB soon!
