The Summer Beach Jam at Liquid was a great time and a special concert for Mikinzey Rodgers. Everyone that gave up his or her time and equipment to help out should be proud of a job well done. Once again folks, all entertainment was supplied by local bands and local merchants. We do not need to call Cleveland, Columbus or anywhere else to help us take care of our own. We need to send a thank you out to 4 4 6 for opening up the show and doing a great job. With a splendid variety of songs and some sweet guitar work the band set the pace for the night. Express Sound and Lighting provided all the sound equipment and lighting. This is a very, very large amount of work to put on a show like this and we thank them dearly. Then there was Germaine who came all the way from Pittsburgh, yes I said it, Pittsburgh (go Steelers), to support the band and the event. We really must send a shout out to her! One last shout out must go to Dave Russell, the organizer of the event, thanks Dave great job! All in all, everything went smooth, everyone sounded great, and it was a fun filled night with no problems. Even the DJ was rockin' after we were done! Good job everybody!.....We R Out!
