It was a fantastic weekend for us at the Beer Barrel Saloon. The whole weekend was an experience that we will never forget. Friday night was a good warm up night for us. Kyle had the flu and was having a heck of a time singing. We were really concerned about his voice, but he still pulled it off. Saturday started off great and was incredible the whole day and even into that night! "Giddy Up" Dave, one of The Den owners was there with us, about 20 friends from Mercer County were there also. It was Ron Meehan's birthday, and Scott was pee-in' on a fly, and then he got caught in the after-splash after it flew up and hit'em in the forehead! I had my first taste of Catawba White Wine and the night was rocking! The Halloween costumes at the Beer Barrel were intense. I met A 8 foot tall Frankenstein, a pair of Oompa Loompas, a walking lampshade, a hard-boiled egg, and a girl dressed up like Groucho Marx, The Incredibles and Kiss were all in the house! You would have to be there to enjoy this scene! We are sending out acknowledgements to Joe, sound engineer at the Beer Barrel. It is always fun working with you. The cooks at the Beer Barrel, the pizza's you make are "the bomb"! To Tipper for having us at his saloon and also to The Menus , it was great seeing you guys again and hope we can do it all again before next Halloween!....RBJets, "in the air, across the land , and on the sea"...
